Looking forward to your recovery and resilience

I have over 18 years of experience as a licensed psychologist, working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and now in private practice. As a Marine Corps veteran, I understand what it means to push through challenges, adapt under pressure, and find purpose in recovery. My clinical work has focused extensively on evidence-based therapies for PTSD, anxiety, and other stress-related disorders. Through Endurance Health & Wellness, I’ve expanded that mission to include sports and performance psychology, helping athletes, professionals, and everyday individuals strengthen the mental skills that support endurance, focus, and resilience. Whether the goal is healing from trauma, improving performance, or rediscovering balance, I help clients build the psychological endurance needed to move forward.
